Finally made time to make it south of the Equator for a couple of weeks... first stop... Sydney... after spending a few days there, you realize that its not really unlike any other city in the world... you can only spend so much time looking at or on the Harbour Bridge, and the Sydney Opera House is actually smaller than it looks in pictures, but all in all, the city is very impressive. Friday night is the happening night... Saturday night is actually quite tame in comparison, the mass transit system is very good, and the areas around Sydney give you more than just the city proper to explore...
