One Happy Shendy :)

Shendy is quite happy to be home these days. I think she takes a lot of stress staying in the kennel as much as she does when I'm gone. Poor thing. It is certainly the best part of my trip, seeing her for the first time when I get home, when she gets out of her kennel and pretty much mauls me in happiness. :) But it only takes her a few days to get back into the normal routine of things... demanding the usually things dogs demand... let me out/let me in/feed me/play with me/give me a treat/rub the inside of my ears/etc. Amazing.

George

Had some friends over this past Saturday to remember the antics of one George Grizzard, who tragically took his own life late last month. His brother Charles came over and gave us the run-down on the past few years of George's life, and although the details are still sketchy (mostly because George didn't want anyone to know the details), it seems that this was something planned for awhile; several years at least. Sad to see him not here anymore, but all of us certainly have some good memories of the times when he was here. We'll miss you, George. Hope you have found peace where ever you may be.
